DONE BRANDING / SHIPPING & RETURNS
We understand the importance of speed. That's why we work hard to get your new gear to you as quickly as possible.
All items ordered by 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. All items ordered after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. Working days include Monday-Friday but not weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed before 1pm on 23rd December will be sent on a Next Day Delivery Service.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery takes 2 – 3 working days.
UK GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY
We offer a Guaranteed Next Working day delivery service. All orders above £35 are automatically upgraded to this service for free, otherwise you can upgrade for £4.
We can deliver to North America. International delivery takes 5 – 10 working days.
We offer free 365-day returns on all packages. You can return your package at your local post office or your nearest Collect+ store.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Once your return request has been sent, we will send you a Collect+ Returns Label.
Please make sure to include all original packaging.
Returned items MUST be unused and in as-sold condition, otherwise we will not be able to process your refund or exchange.
Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to notify you. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds usually take between 7-14 days, however please allow up to 28 days in busy periods.
If this time has passed and you haven’t received a refund or your exchange has not arrived, please let us know by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the below details and we will get back to you within 24 hours:
- Proof of postage
- which item(s) you are returning
- whether you are returning for a refund or exchange
- if exchange, which size or colour you would like in exchange
