Paid for but not received
Still waiting for it Hermes delivered it to the wrong address and told it had been delivered despite the fact I was in the house at the time. Also said I had nomination a safe place when I hadn't. I emailed you and await your response. Have emailed Hermes also but they advised me to contact you. Where do I go from here? Trading standards? Not happy at all.
