Delivery & Returns
Speed is vital. We know you are eager to get your hands on your new gear, so we work hard to ship and deliver as fast as possible.
All items ordered by 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. All items ordered after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. Working days include Monday-Friday but not weekends or bank holidays.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery takes 2 – 3 working days.
UK GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We offer a Guaranteed Next Working day delivery service. All orders above £35 are automatically upgraded to this service for free, otherwise you can upgrade for £4.
We can deliver to almost any country in the world. International delivery takes 5 – 10 working days.
We offer a 365-day no quibble return policy on all items.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Please make sure to include all original packaging. If you require an exchange please make a note of the size or colour you would like as a replacement in the comments section of the returns centre.
Returned items MUST be unused and in as-sold condition, with all original packaging included. Otherwise we will not be able to process your refund or exchange.
We do not require returns to be sent on a tracked or signed service, and we normally find that individual items can be sent on Royal Mail's Large Letter service. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost returns.
Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to notify you. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account as it may take a few days before a refund is processed by your bank. We aim to approve refunds within 3 working days of the item(s) arriving back to us. If after this time, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@TCA.fit
