Disappointed

Bought a few pairs of aeron shorts last year,they were so good i decided to buy another pair 2 weeks ago. Ordering and delivery was great.put new shorts on ,fitted same as others .shorts were on for few hours had 3 pulled threads,not same quality as before.

Excellent product, excellent service

Good design, great customer service. I made an error on the size I ordered, I contacted their customer service who sent out the correct size… I returned the other pair free of charge…. Can’t fault the product or the consumer experience.
